8. Mobile Application
a. This Privacy Policy applies to the One50Fitness mobile application (the “App”), as well as the One50Fitness website and related services. The App may collect information described in this Privacy Policy when you use the App, including information you provide directly, information collected through your use of the App, and information collected through device permissions that you grant.
b. Location Data: With your permission, the One50Fitness App may access your device’s location, including background location access, to support a core App feature that detects when you are near a One50 Fitness facility and enables a seamless check-in experience by prompting you to access your membership/access card barcode.
Location information is processed on your device to trigger relevant notifications. The App does not store your location data, location data is not stored on our servers, and we do not share your location data with third parties.
You may grant, deny, modify, or disable location permissions at any time through your device settings. If you disable location access, certain location-based features, including proximity-based check-in functionality, may not be available.
c. Fitness Class and Event Participation Data: When you register for, attend, or participate in a fitness class, event, or other One50Fitness activity through the App or our services, we may collect information about your registration and participation, including the class or event you selected and your attendance status. We use this information to manage class and event participation, track attendance, manage capacity and space requirements, provide our services, and administer your membership.
d. Data Retention: We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Account information is generally retained while your account remains active. When you request deletion of your account or personal information, we will delete or de-identify the information that we are not required or permitted to retain, subject to applicable legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, or other legitimate business requirements.

AWS Simple Notification Service (SNS) – Push notification delivery is supported through AWS SNS. The mobile application does not communicate directly with AWS SNS; the integration is handled through the backend/Common Services notification infrastructure.
Pendo – Used for product analytics and feature usage measurement within the mobile application.
Instana – Used for application monitoring, performance monitoring, and reporting.
g. Device Permissions: Depending on the features you use, the One50Fitness App may request permissions from your device, including permission to access your location. You may choose whether to grant these permissions. You can change or revoke permissions at any time through your device settings. Certain App features may not function properly if the associated permission is disabled.
